I found a website today that I think might be a good tool for keeping up with what I'm eating. http://caloriecount.about.com/
You can create a free account and one of the things you are able to do is track the calories of everything you are eating in daily food logs. There is a large database of foods that include generic and brand names. You can also track exercises on a daily activity log.
Did I mention this is all free?? These logs sort of remind me of the online tools on Weight Watcher's website, but they charge a monthly fee for access.
